Youth Dream Alliance is a grassroots, non-profit organization working with communities in Sindh to advance education, youth empowerment, climate resilience, and livelihoods.
Who We Are?
Youth Dream Alliance (YDA) began as an informal, youth-led collective in 2021, gaining hands-on community development experience through early engagement with the Civil Society Support Programme’s (CSSP) “Power to Youth” initiative. Building on this foundation, YDA was formally registered in 2025 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. YDA works through community engagement, education, climate action, livelihoods, and humanitarian response — combining grassroots participation with accountable programme management.

A just, inclusive, and equitable society where young people from all backgrounds—with a particular focus on marginalized and underrepresented groups—are empowered to lead and drive sustainable, transformative change within their communities.
Mission
To empower young individuals through inclusive and holistic programs in education, health, climate resilience, socio-psychological support, entrepreneurship, and economic development, fostering self-reliance and contributing to the creation of resilient, inclusive, and sustainable communities.
What We Do
Engaged hundreds of youth in leadership and skill development programsInstalled multiple hand pumps in water-scarce areas through youth contributions.Established education centers for school dropouts, providing them with a second chance at learning.Implemented climate-resilient agricultural practices benefiting local farmers.Improved community health through awareness and healthcare Interventions.

Operating a self-funded primary school and a nursery for early-childhood learning.
Climate & Environment
Community plantation initiative; developing further climate resilience and land management work.
Livelihoods & Skills
Vocational skills training, including a CSSP-supported Motorbike Mechanic trade programme.
Humanitarian Response
Emergency relief coordination, demonstrated during the 2022 Sindh floods.
Civil Documentation Support
Supporting community members with CNIC registration, in partnership with Baanh Beli.
